Engineered for the Use Case
Not every netting installation is the same. A batting cage netting system has different requirements than overhead parking lot netting — different mesh sizes, different tensile strength, different mounting hardware. We spec each system based on the actual use case:
- Batting cages — Heavy-knot nylon or polyester netting sized for ball impact, with shock-absorbing tensioning.
- Foul-ball netting — Lighter mesh designed for occasional impact, sized to the span between poles.
- Outfield home-run netting — Heavy-duty systems engineered for high-impact balls and long spans.
- Spectator-protection netting — Designed for clear visibility through the netting while protecting fans.
Built for Daily Use
Batting cages take serious abuse. Multiple bays running simultaneously, hours of daily use during the season, weather exposure on outdoor cages, and the constant impact of bats and balls wear out lower-tier systems quickly. We use heavier-gauge framing, marine-grade hardware, and netting systems specifically built for athletic use — not repurposed agricultural or industrial netting.
